2. Purpose of the website
The website aims to present the real estate project La Maison Jardins Pipera and to facilitate interaction between users and the sales team by:
- providing information about available units;
- collection of contact data for sending brochures;
- scheduling of viewings;
- provision of promotional and informational content by electronic means.

 3. Collection of personal data
By filling in the forms on the website, users can provide the following data:
- Name and surname;
- E-mail address;
- Phone number;
- Unit of interest;
- Other data relevant for establishing a commercial contact.

The collected data is used for:
- contacting users by phone;
- transmission of brochures and offers;
- scheduling of viewings;
- sending newsletters;
- marketing campaigns via WhatsApp or email;
- other activities to promote the real estate project.

4. Legal basis of processing

The collected data are stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were provided or until the withdrawal of consent by the user, but not more than 2 years after the last active interaction.

The data may be transmitted, under conditions of confidentiality, to the Operator's partners involved in the processes of sale, promotion or administration of the website, exclusively on the basis of data processing agreements (DPA).
The operator does not sell or transfer the data to third parties for commercial purposes.

The controller shall adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption of transmissions, limited access to computer systems, access control and training of personnel involved in data processing.
